Snapshot! Quality 630B-String w/Black Cotton Back. It is difficult to get a good photo of String mohair so we are happy to feature this scan. The Black Back may not show quite as much as we would like, but there is no mistaking that this is String mohair. We offer many different qualities in 'String', which is the same as 'unfinished' mohair. Many customers use it 'as is'...or dye it themselves for their own custom colors. As the String mohair is inserted in the hot dye-bath, the mohair strands will 'open up' (burst) resulting in a finish similar to what you are used to seeing.
