COD charge (UPS only) is $9.00. Next Day, 2nd Day,
3rd Day Ground, heavy (discs and hardware) orders, and back-orders are shipped
at standard UPS rates plus insurance. Orders for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico
are shipped at standard UPS rates (2nd Day rates) plus insurance. If requested,
we can ship orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico using the postal service
at cost. This is cheaper than UPS 2nd Day but takes longer.
TERMS:
FOB Costa Mesa, California. We ship domestic orders by UPS only except
to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico where you have a choice of carrier (see above).
Minimum domestic order is $25.00. California residents please add 7-3/4% tax (or
current tax) or submit resale card. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Prepayment, COD or Net 30 Days on approved credit. We accept VISA or MasterCard
only. There is a $15.00 charge on any returned check. 1-1/2% month interest on
overdue accounts. Returns must be authorized in advance and are subject to a restocking
charge. We must be notified of any claims and returns no later than 30 days from
your invoice date. All prices are in U.S. currency. We are not responsible for
typographical errors. Note: To avoid unnecessary returns, we recommended

SALE & PROMOTIONAL TERMS:
The following terms apply to our Monthly Sale and Promotional
offers listed in our "Monthly Specials" and are
deemed incorporated in our Monthly Specials. "No 1/4, 1/3, half yards
or cuts of less than 1 yard at Sale or Promotional prices except where specifically
mentioned. Any previous sale offers are hereby canceled. The Sale and Promotional
prices are "net" prices, but the yardage will count toward price breaks
if combined with regularly priced merchandise. Sale and Promotional prices are
only available directly from Intercal and are not
available from any dealer or at any show. All qualities are limited to stock on
hand unless otherwise stated". CANADIAN
ORDERS & TERMS: FOB Costa Mesa, California. We use the Postal
Service (Air Parcel Post), at our cost as we find the postal service to
be cheaper than UPS. We will insure all shipments in your behalf and the
cost will be added to your freight. Canadian customs clearance, duty, and other
Canadian expenses, if any, are your responsibility. We will mark all mohair products
with the following code: "Tariff 5801.10.00.00/Code: 6412". All other
fabrics will be marked "Fabrics for Teddy Bear Making". All other items
will be marked "Toy Parts", unless we are otherwise instructed. Tariff
5801.10.00/Code 6412 should enable you to clear the Mohair duty
free or get a refund from Canadian customs. All Canadian orders are payable
by VISA, Master Card or bank check in U.S. funds only. Our domestic terms also
apply to Canadian orders (see above). Canadian orders require more paperwork
than domestic orders. Please allow one week minimum for your order
to be processed. Unless otherwise instructed, we will cancel Canadian back-orders
to avoid higher than necessary freight expenses. All prices are in U.S. currency.
Returns: Our terms are FOB Costa Mesa, California. Any Canadian returns
must be authorized by us, and could be subject to a restocking charge, duty and
other expenses associated with border crossings. It is in the interest of all
parties to avoid unnecessary returns. We recommend that you work with color and

"FREIGHT RATE
CALCULATOR" FOR CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: You
are now able to estimate your freight expenses by using the U.S. Postal Service's
"International Rate Calculator". The following link U.S.
Postal Service will take you to the web site of the Postal Service.
Go to "Calculate Rates" and from there to "International Rate Calculator"
and finally "Package". If possible, we use "Global Airmail Letter
Post" for packages up to 4 pounds (cheaper) and "Global Airmail Parcel
Post" for packages over 4 pounds. As a rough guide, one yard of short pile
fur weighs 2.5 to 3 pounds; a longer, denser fur weighs about 3.5 to 4 pounds. The
link to the "Rate Calculator" should be considered information only. As
stated above and below, we ship Canadian and International orders at cost subject
to our minimum shipping charge for domestic orders.
INTERNATIONAL TERMS: International
Terms are the same as Canadian terms except that the special Canadian
tariff code will not be listed. Customs clearance, duty, and other expenses,
if any, are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order. Unless otherwise
instructed, all fabrics will be marked "Fabrics for Teddy Bear making"
and all other items will be marked "Toy parts". Postage to international
destinations can be expensive. Getting an estimate of postage from your
post office before placing an order will protect you from unpleasant surprises.
As a very rough guide, our heaviest fabrics weigh 3+ pounds per yard and the lighter
